Splendid Evora Contact
Splendid Evora's 114 three- and four-bedroom homes at Hebbagodi, off Hosur Road, beside Electronic City Phase 1, are a registered new launch, and the enquiry form on this page is the way to ask about them. Whether you want the cost sheet, the plan of a particular home or a visit, start here.
01
Enquire About Splendid Evora
Splendid Evora's enquiry form asks for four things: your name, your phone number, your e-mail address and a message. In the message, say which home you are considering, a 3 BHK in Tower B or C or a 4 BHK in Tower A, any floor you prefer, and what you would like to receive.
The project's registered address is Hebbagodi Village, Attibele Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka 560100. This site publishes no phone number or e-mail address, so the form is the way to reach us.

What to Ask About Splendid Evora
Splendid Evora's homes are offered at a price on request, so the most useful enquiry asks for the papers in writing:
- The cost sheet, including the rate and the area it is charged on, car parking and club charges, floor rise, the corpus fund, maintenance, deposits and how GST is shown. The price page explains each item.
- The floor plan of your home, with its registered carpet area in writing and the area basis the cost sheet and sale deed use. The floor plans page shows the registered ranges.
- The parking allotment: the project's papers give differing parking counts, so ask in writing how many bays come with your home and whether they are covered.
- The approval papers: the building-plan sanction and how it will be kept valid until completion, the environmental clearance, the title opinion and a recent encumbrance certificate.
- Water at occupation: ask the developer how water will be supplied once residents move in: the sources, the quantity, whether tankers may be needed and the monthly cost.
- A site visit, as a request; its timing rests with the developer. The location page shows where the project sits and what is around it.
Before you pay anything, confirm the registration yourself. Check the registration, its quarterly progress updates and any complaints at https://rera.karnataka.gov.in/viewAllProjects?language=en by searching for PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/250926/008969 or the project name.

What Happens After You Enquire
Splendid Evora enquiries come to this site's team, and replies go to the contact details you give. Answers that only the developer can give, such as the cost sheet, a parking allotment or a visit, depend on the developer, and what it releases, and when, is its decision. Nothing is booked or paid through this site, and an enquiry commits you to nothing.

Splendid Evora Contact FAQs
How do I enquire about Splendid Evora?
Use the enquiry form, which asks for your name, phone number, e-mail address and a message. Say which home you are considering, a 3 BHK in Tower B or C or a 4 BHK in Tower A, and what you would like to receive: the cost sheet with its area basis, the floor plan of the home, the parking allotment or the approval papers. No phone number or e-mail address is published on this site, so the form is the way to reach us. Replies go to the contact details you give, and nothing in them commits you to a booking.
Can I visit the Splendid Evora site?
You can ask for a visit through the enquiry form; a visit is a request, not a booking, and its timing rests with the developer. The registered start date is 14 September 2026 and the registered completion date 31 December 2030, so ask the developer what you will be able to see at the site and whether a sample flat is planned. Before you go, read the answers on what to check before booking and on how water will be supplied in the homepage FAQs, and look through the indicative images in the Splendid Evora gallery. Take your questions on the cost sheet, the area basis and the parking allotment with you.
Who runs this website?
We are an independent project-information publisher, not the developer and not a broker; this site is an information and enquiry resource, not a booking channel. The facts on these pages are tied to Splendid Evora's K-RERA registration, its approvals and the draft papers, as at 12 October 2026. Nothing is booked or paid through this site: a booking is made only with the developer, Splendid Properties, under papers you sign. If a figure you are given disagrees with these pages, check the registration and ask the developer to confirm it in writing; the Splendid Group builder page explains who the developer is.
What do the draft papers say about cancelling a Splendid Evora booking?
The draft allotment letter and draft agreement set different cancellation deductions; read both with a lawyer before paying a booking amount. Ask the developer which terms will apply if you cancel, and at which stage each applies, and have the answer written into your papers. The terms that bind are the ones in the agreement you sign, so compare it with both drafts before you sign it.
Is Splendid Evora a new launch, and have any homes been sold yet?
Yes. Splendid Evora is a registered new launch, registered with K-RERA on 25 September 2026 with a registered completion date of 31 December 2030. When it applied for registration in September 2026, the developer stated that no home had been sold. No quarterly update had been filed as at 12 October 2026, and the quarterly updates on the K-RERA register are the place to follow the project from here. The Splendid Evora overview sets out the registration and approvals in full.
